Legal Information

The minimum age for tattooing without parental consent is 18 years old. With parental consent in person to fill out the forms, with the correct ID for both the minor and the parent is mandatory- without this the appointment with be forfeited.

Artists have the right to refuse work and will base decisions on their own discretion.

If you sign the form- be sure to READ it clearly and carefully. You are agreeing to it, if you fail to inform us of information listed we will be contacting you to follow that up directly. Same goes for with your rights, if you have any issues with your artwork or design/new tattoo. Please tell us AT THE TIME- AS ITS HAPPENING if you’re unhappy at all with the process and stop us. If you don’t do so before paying and leaving with a smile. This confuses us and angers you. We would rather you tell us we are fine with criticism, we have thick skin and we can prevent you from being an unhappy chappy. We would much rather make you a happy chappy.

You will not be tattooed if you are under the influence of drugs/alcohol or treat our staff with any disrespect. You’re in our creative space.

We adhere to the Legislature of New South Wales, Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 2008, section 230 Tattooing of Children and Young Persons. As per the Children and Young Persons Act 2008, written consent is required. A statutory declaration will be completed prior to your tattoo, along with identification from both the young person and the parent.
