The minimum age for tattooing without parental consent is 18 years old. The minimum for piercings is 16 years of age.
Artists have the right to refuse work and will base decisions on their own discretion.
You will not be tattooed if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
We adhere to the Legislature of New South Wales, Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 2008, section 230 Tattooing of Children and Young Persons. As per the Children and Young Persons Act 2008, written consent is required. A statutory declaration will be completed prior to your tattoo, along with identification from both the young person and the parent.
Genital piercings will only be performed on those over 18 years of age, no exceptions.
